Eu te apresento a solução definitiva para isso. A ideia é a seguinte: quem trabalha com SQL terá que criar manualmente o `item_proto` para cada idioma. Eu trabalho com arquivos TXT, então já tenho um exemplo. O arquivo `item_names.txt` deverá conter colunas com todos os idiomas. Você definirá a ordem das colunas de acordo com a implementação. Já deixei um exemplo no arquivo, além de uma planilha do Excel para facilitar a edição.
